You are built for remarkability! You are smart, beautiful (inside and out), talented, creative, thoughtful, energetic, loving, and you are capable!
We forget that sometimes, don’t we? Or, we stop believing it. And, we don’t really listen when other people tell us so.
My kids tell me, “you’re the best!” almost every night at bed time, but I don’t really listen, you know? I hear their words, and it fills me up with love, but I don’t necessarily take in those words – really. And, I certainly don’t say it to myself: “Rachel, you’re the best!” But, I should! And I will from now on. And, I hope you do too!
Whatever your dreams, passions, or goals in life, and whether or not you even know what those dreams, passions or goals are right now, please remind yourself that you are the best! It’s what you were made to be and become.
Follow your heart, listen to your soul, be you, enjoy each day, do more stuff that makes you happy, connect (but, really connect) with the people in your life, pursue your dreams, create beautiful work, have empathy and compassion towards others, add meaning and contribute to yourself and to your world. That’s you at your best. Be your best. Because you are the best!
